Mr.P.K.Mohamed has got more than 40 years of experience in the field of tyre technology and is responsible for all technical developments, research and quality activities of the company. He had an opportunity to work with tyre technology leaders like Uniroyal, General, Continental, Yokohama, and Michelin. He was also the past chairman of Indian Tyre Technical Advisory Committee. He has also worked as member of Board of studies of Cochin University, Science and Technology, Bureau of Indian Standards, Tyre Advisory group on rubber products controlled by government of India, and the governing council member of IRMRA. He has been nominated as a panel member of the consortium formed at the Madras Institute of technology, Chennai, to monitor the B.Tec. (Rubber technology) course.

He has published several papers in the national and inter national journal and presented papers in the conferences. During his tenure at Ceat Tyres Ltd, he was elected as the best executive among the RPG group of companies in the year 1999-2000. He ha traveled extensively in India and abroad.
